Are We Wholesalers?
Answer: NO! (We don't contract your property to find a buyer.) We are a Direct Buyer! Our business is investing in diversified long-term assets. Do We Pay a Fair Price for Properties?
Answer: Our main goal is to work with land owners to buy their properties quickly and simply. Because we offer that service to owners we factor that into our offers. What about the Closing Costs?

What if there are Back Taxes Due on my Property?

I Lost the Deed, is that Ok?
Answer: Yes! We will help you get a new deed. We can obtain most required documentation from the county ourselves.
